Chocolate Ganache

Chocolate Ganache is very easy and quick to make. It requires just 2 ingredients. Ganache is used to pour on desserts. The first time I made Chocolate Ganache, it didn’t come out great. It was too thick but now I know how to make the perfect ganache. Let’s begin.

As I said you need just 2 ingredients:

1. 1 Cup Dark Chocolate
2. 1 Cup Cream/ Whipped Cream


  1. In a microwave safe bowl, add chocolate and the cream.
  2. Microwave it for 1 minute.
  3. Then, stir well until it’s smooth and well combined.
  4. Before pouring Ganache on the dessert, make sure to cool the Ganache for 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes, remove the Ganache and mix it properly.
  6. Voila, your ganache is ready to go desserts.
